Judith Packard Rasband is an image consultant, founder, president, CEO, and director of the Conselle Institute of Image Management. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Rasband earned her master’s degree in home economics education from Brigham Young University and specialized in the artistic, social, and psychological aspects of dress and image. She has devoted her career to fashion and image education and is an author, newspaper columnist, and speaker, as well as a consultant, stylist, and coach. Her articles and quotations have appeared in newspapers and magazines worldwide, including USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Men’s Health, Glamour, Shape, European Stars & Stripes, Threads, Woman’s Day, Family Circle, and Image Update.

She is a Certified Image Master (CIM) in the Association of Image Consultants International. She presents at numerous seminars each year and has worked with individuals and a wide variety of corporations, such as the Marriott Corporation, Bernina of America, the U.S. Department of Education, IBM, and the Canadian Needlecraft Association.

Rasband was raised in Washington State and she makes her home in Utah, with her husband, Neil. They are the parents of four children.
