Karen Rosenbaum

Karen Rosenbaum is the author of the short story collection Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Wives, which was honored with the 2015 Association for Mormon Letters Short Story Collection award. In 2014 she was made an honorary lifetime member of the AML.

She is also the author of "The Joys of Mormonish" (1977), “Hit the Frolicking, “Rippling Brooks" (1978), "The Mustard Seed" (1964), and "Low Tide" (1980).

She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She often writes on the theme of relationships complicated by the quest or erosion of religious faith. Rosenbaum studied at Stanford University in the 1960s with Wallace Stegner.
