Roger Connors is a management consultant and bestselling author. He co-founded and was CEO of Partners In Leadership, an international management consulting and training company specializing in workplace accountability and culture change. 

His four books on the subjects of workplace accountability and culture change: The Oz Principle; Change the Culture, Change the GameHow Did That Happen?; and The Wisdom of Oz are New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers.

Connors earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA with distinction from Brigham Young University.

He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and with his wife, Gwen, served as mission leaders of the Washington Kennewick Mission from 2004 to 2007. He also penned Divine Patterns: Seeking the Blessings of Heaven.
