Marcus Ma'ilei is a former American football fullback. He signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in April 2009. He is a Super Bowl XLIV champion with the New Orleans Saints.

He was waived during final roster cuts on September 5, 2009, and re-signed to the team's practice squad on September 7, 2009. He was signed off the Eagles’ practice squad by the New Orleans Saints on December 9, 2009, and played in two games. He was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury on December 21. He returned in 2010 but was waived/injured on August 20, 2010. He was placed on the injured reserve list but was waived on February 10, 2011.

Ma'ilei was born on October 30, 1986, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He lettered in football and rugby at Highland High School, playing for the Highland Rugby Team that was coached by Larry Gelwix. Mailei appeared as an extra in the film Forever Strong about Gelwix’s life.

Ma'ilei played football for Weber State. He took part in what is considered Weber State's most successful season in program history, in which the Wildcats won their first Big Sky Championship in 40 years and advanced to the second round of the FCS playoffs.

He was a First Team All Big Sky Selection in both 2007 and 2008, and a TSN Honorable Mention selection to the All-America Team.

Following his senior season, Ma'ilei was invited to participate in the Texas vs The Nation all-star game in El Paso, Texas.
