Vicki F. Matsumori was sustained as the Second Counselor in the Primary Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in general conference on Saturday, April 2, 2005, and served until 2010. She was born on December 15, 1950, in Murray, Utah. Her parents were not members of the Church of Jesus Christ, but they sent her to a local Latter-day Saint congregation as a child.
