Coleen Kent Menlove served as the tenth general president of the Primary organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Prior to this call, she served on the general board of the Young Women auxiliary.

She was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Utah. She later earned a master’s degree in education from Brigham Young University. She taught part time in Salt Lake City elementary schools. She married Dean Menlove and they had seven children.

During her administration (1999–2005), Menlove focused on preparing children for their future roles in the Church. In 2003, she introduced a new Faith in God program that had separate guidebooks for girls and boys. The Primary launched their web page on LDS.org and celebrated its 125 anniversary.

The Boy Scouts of American awarded Menlove the Silver Buffalo Award in 2005.
